Woodside Village is creating a community of wellness. We are dedicated to bring the best of what’s local to one walkable, sustainable village.

GO LOCAL

Several live-work units provide a diverse mix of housing options and also encourage local economic development. Mixed-use projects provide accessibility to goods and services within convenient walking distance of dwelling units. Retail areas will include restaurants and shopping. A local farmers’ market is located adjacent to the city office building and immediately across Rainbow Boulevard from the development. This provides a venue for organic and locally grown food.

GOOD & WELLNESS

Woodside Health & Tennis Club is located within the project boundaries and provides year-round access to recreational facilities including tennis, swimming, fitness equipment and aerobic programs. Goods and services placed at the street level encourage pedestrian activity and community interaction. Streets with significant pedestrian activity are safe and vibrant and economically viable. Dwelling units are designed to national standards and best practices of universal design for aging and handicap accessibility.

ON THE MOVE

Bicycle transportation is encouraged on and around the site by providing ample, secure bicycle parking and connections to existing community bike routes. Vehicle charging stations will be available for residents and infrastructure will be included to allow for future capacity to be added as demand requires. Woodside Village is located within walking distance of a neighborhood park. Landscaped walking trails connect the development to outdoor spaces.

GREEN IS A GIVEN

The building envelope along with accompanying mechanical and ventilation systems will exceed nationally accepted metric for energy efficiency by 10%. Water usage for this project will use 20% less water than a typical building case. Areas for recyclables will be available for residence and commercial facilities.
